Access is typically given to the Homeowner when the installer adds the Homeowner's Email Address during the commissioning process.
Once added, the Homeowner will receive an email to download the Atmozen app and register a Homeowner account.

The Homeowner can download the Atmozen app and register a Homeowner account at any time after the system commissioning process.
Please ensure the Hoemowner uses the same email address the installer entered. If a clerical mistake was made by the installer, the email address can be correccted on the Atmozen app by the installer at any time.
