How to add an installer to my account?

Steps to add an installer to your Atmoce cloud account.

Atmoce cloud supports an Upper-level and Lower-level hierarchy for installers. 

  • Upper-level installers can see all registered systems under the company account
  • Lower-level installers can only see systems they installed.

Instructions

  1. Click on the Menu option.
  2. Select Team Management.

  3. Send your invitation code under My Invitation Code to the lower-level installer.

  4. The lower-level installer enters your invitation code under Join Upper-Level Installer and clicks Join.
    1. The upper-level installer will receive the approval request.

  5. Click View and Accept.

Afterwards, you can see who is listed in your lower-level group.
