MS-7K-U Replacement

Steps to replace the MS-7K-U M-ELV battery using the Atmozen app

If replacing both the MG100 and the MS-7K-U at the same time, replace the gateway before the battery.

Instructions

  1. Power off and remove the defective device.

  2. Install the replacement device.

  3. Open the Atmozen app and select the relevant plant.

  4. Click the Battery tab and select the Battery to be replaced.

  5. Click on the ... at the top right of the app.
  6. Select Device Replacement.

  7. Enter the new device Serial Number.

  8. Click Replace.
